Barrett and Susan are Washington County’s 2019 Outstanding Tree Farmers of the Year. They purchased their property 30 years ago in somewhat poor condition. They have a great story to tell about the challenges associated with owning forestland but after years of learning from other family forest neighbors and others, their 110 acres is now a thriving and productive forest.
