New Opportunities to Learn How to Tap Bigleaf Maple in Oregon
The tapping season is in the winter, so now is the time to start preparing. If you are a landowner with Bigleaf Maple or just have an interest in learning more about tapping Bigleaf (and other trees) in Oregon for edible saps, visit the project website: www.oregontreetappers.net. On the website you find a wealth of resources to get you started, training announcements, and for those who think they have a commercial interest, a short webform you can complete to get assistance from a team member.
