The Oregon Small Woodlands Association along with its partner, Family Forests of Oregon, is pleased to announce the 2011 Family Woodlands Patron Program. This program offers individuals, companies and organizations an opportunity to provide valuable support for the mission, programs and activities of the Oregon Small Woodlands Association and Family Forest of Oregon.

As you know, family woodland owners are more vital than ever to the success of a healthy forest environment, a profitable forest products sector and important cultural ties to the forests of Oregon. And the strong and effective voices of family woodland owners are critical to protecting landowner rights against the growing number of detrimental legislative and regulatory proposals emerging from Salem and our Nation's Capitol.

For 50 years, Oregon Small Woodlands Association (OSWA) has been leading the education and volunteer efforts on behalf of all family woodland owners. Today, the nearly 3,000 OSWA members contribute both volunteer time and money so all Oregonians benefit from the 4.9 million acres of family forestland in the state.

We are offering you an opportunity to support OSWA and its partner, Family Forests of Oregon, in their work to ensure family forestlands will be a continuing part of Oregon's landscape over the next 50 years. Your support will help ensure we are able to fight to retain forested landscapes across Oregon and a vibrant forest products sector which are vital to our State's economy.
